Talk2M Explained

Talk2M fully integrates IT security standards by enabling Internet tunneling between the user and the remote machine without requiring any modifications to the security settings of your  IT network.

Talk2M VPN tunnels are initiated by your eWON and use only outgoing connections. There are no incoming connections, so you don't need to open ports in your firewall.

On one side, the eWON establishes a secure VPN connection to a Talk2M server using a UDP or TCP HTTPS port, thereby passing through the firewall and proxy server.

On the other side, the user establishes a secure connection (VPN or HTTPS) to the Talk2M server which then acts as a relay to interconnect the two connections: the one from the eWON and the one from the user.
