Job description

As Digital Marketing Specialist, you have a passion for technology. With your proactive mindset, you further develop our digital channels (webs, social media, marketing automation system, …) and their functionalities to address all parts of the funnel.

You develop the digital approach to increase traffic and conversions to ultimately increase sales.

You have a good understanding of digital marketing and recommend improvements.

You are part of the BU Ewon marketing team and are reporting to the marketing manager.

Roles & responsibilities

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will:

• Contribute creating and executing B2B digital communication campaigns supporting business goals and strategies,
• Manage Ewon.biz website (7 languages) and other online/digital channels, including social media,
• Measure and monitor the impact of external digital channels and communication campaigns,
• Ensure consistency and brand compliance across various go-to-market digital materials,
• Perform ad hoc proofreading and copywriting within communication activities and campaigns,
• Collaborate with colleagues to execute digital campaigns where appropriate,
• Deliver exceptional service to your internal clients and maximize results while fostering collaboration,
• Build and grow online communities through stimulating discussion on blogging and social media platforms mainly LinkedIn & Twitter, with a goal of increasing brand awareness, engaging users, and meeting campaign goals,
• Write, edit and proofread materials as required,
• Plan and structure your work according to clearly defined objectives,
• Work according to defined ISMS processes, procedures and policies.

Qualifications & Education requirements

• A bachelor or master's degree in digital marketing - Preferably own a Google certification
• Perfect proficiency in English and French (written and verbal)
• Used to work with a CMS
• MS Office and Dynamics 365
• Google Analytics
• Google Search Console

Skills & competencies

• Communication Skills: good communication skills both in written and in verbal form and excel in grammar and editing.
• Analytical Skills:  understand content strategies and trends and are well structured,
• Social skills: can work autonomously but also collaborate with various stakeholders, 
• Detail-oriented and self-sufficient, able to handle high-quality editing of online marketing content with minimal supervision.
