Job description:

As the Application and Services Analyst, you will be responsible to gather the needs and write the technical-functional analysis based on team standards, designs UI and/or service contracts. The main duties and responsibilities of the position include directing and participating in scoping, analyzing and testing applications and/or services. The Application and Services Analyst collaborates with internal or external business partner and other team members and takes actively part in the features design of the applications and/or services.

Role & responsibilities: 

    • Gather and understands business needs
    • Analyse the feature requests
    • Collaborate with the testers of the team to plan the testing and release activities
    • Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals
    • Work in collaboration with other team members to agree system designs, interfaces and protocols, etc.
    • Conceives and designs functional & technical specifications of new applications and/or services
    • Creates functional documentation for reference
    • Coordinates new feature or maintain applications and/or services, including unit tests & packaging
    • Takes actively part in the design and graphical identity of the UI of the applications and/or services.
    • Takes actively care about the user experience of the applications and/or services.

Qualifications & education requirements:

• A bachelor degree or master is required
• Experience in software development (2 years minimum) and/or API development (optional)
• Experience in IT analysis (UML, data modelisation, UI)
• Technologic environment is composed of:

o Rest (HTTP, Swagger, OpenAPI, Postman)
o Java/Angular
o Agile/SCRUM
o Git
o Redmine
