XIP To Unitelway Transparent Gateway
Tested and approved by the Schneider Alliances program (www.schneideralliances.com), the eWON provides a standard and powerful way to connect any UNITELWAY device to an Ethernet network (XIP).

UNITELWAY typical links are:

  • UNITELWAY V1 and V2 slave up to 9600 bds
  • XIP Multi session

Already tested devices:

  • TSX Micro from Schneider Electric
  • TSX Premium from Schneider Electric

Applications cover:

  • Data Management, the eWON reads data from the device for local processing (alarms, datalogging,…)
  • SCADA link, allowing to monitor any UNITE device from a SCADA package connected to Ethernet
  • Maintenance, using PL7pro software provided by Schneider to manage the TSX PREMIUM or TSX MICRO through an Ethernet Network

This transparent gateway feature will allow you to connect your UNITE device to Ethernet for Intranet industrial applications and with the eWON modem option (GSM, RNIS, PSTN, GPRS) will allow you to connect remotely your device for Remote Maintenance and Remote Management applications.
